Position: FM In Charge / Supervisor

Job Requirements 

• Qualification: bachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering
• Nationality: Indian / European / Sri Lankan / Filipino 
• Must have a strong technical background preferably with MEP experience and the professionalism required for regular interaction.
• MUST have experience in FM hard services, including Civil, MEP, and HVAC. Experience in managing luxurious properties.
• Flexibility to work in remote event locations and willingness to travel 

 
Job Responsibilities: 

• Conduct periodic site inspections and provide reports and follow-ups on outstanding concerns.
• Conduct a joint inspection with the FM team to ensure the new property meets all operational standards, including functionality, safety and quality before handover.
• Conduct post-maintenance inspections to verify that all work is completed to the required standards and in line with operational expectations
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance activities across all properties.
• Manage on-call services and ensure appropriate resolution of urgent maintenance issues.
• Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance schedules with all relevant departments to ensure all systems and equipment are in good working condition.
• Supervise and lead a team of on-site maintenance technicians during events.
•  Assign and monitor tasks based on priority and access availability.
• Arrange transportation and access requests to work locations as required.
• Keep records of snags, PPM tracker and improvement works, providing periodic reports. 

Salary: AED 12000-13000 + Benefits
