Position: Coiler Operator 
Job Location: Dubai

Working days & hours: 6 days in a week / 8 hours per day 
Industry: Copper rod Manufacturing 
4 to 6 years of experience in Copper Rod manufacturing plant is mandatory

Job Responsibilities: 

• Maintain all tools, safety gear and equipment provided by the company safely and in good working conditions to ensure they are ready for use on the job. 
• Arrange for repair or replacement of any tools or safety gear that may not be in good working condition.
• Carry out all maintenance jobs in line with assigned time standards.
• Notify the Maintenance Supervisor if additional resources are required to carry out the job within the assigned time frame.
• Undertake autonomous and preventive maintenance in line with the maintenance job plan and machine availability to minimize breakdown maintenance. 
• Assist maintenance team to carry out preventive maintenance as and when needed.
• Ensure to attend trainings planned as part of employee development, highlight any trainings needed to carry out your responsibilities safely.
• Train new operators and assistants on machine.
• Undertake breakdown maintenance jobs when requested to enable quick recovery of production at assigned standards, in line with Standard Operating Procedures.

Salary AED 2500 basic + allowences + OT + Food + accommodation + Transport + annual ticket + visa + mediucal insurance
