Position: Chief Engineer / Marine Engine Department head

Key Responsibilities:-

•   Lead Engineering Operations: Oversee all technical operations, maintenance, and repair of propulsion systems, generators, and auxiliary machinery on offshore vessels (AHTS, LCT, SSRV).
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE and international maritime laws (ISM Code), ADNOC standards, and environmental regulations.
• Maintenance Management: Implement preventive maintenance, manage spares inventory, monitor fuel/oil consumption, and maintain logs.
• Leadership: Supervise engine room staff, provide guidance, and ensure efficient, accident-free operations.
• Reporting: Submit daily activity reports, coordinate with clients, and handle emergency troubleshooting.
• Projects & Surveys: Assist in dry-docking, repairs, and surveys; keep Vessel Operations Department updated 

Requirements:- Certifications:
    - Valid Unlimited Chief Engineer CoC (STCW III/2).
    - ADNOC approval (advantage).
    - DP Maintenance, Engine Resource Management certs (for DP2 vessels).
- Experience:
    - Minimum 3-5 years as Chief Engineer on offshore vessels (AHTS, DP2 preferred).
    - Experience in UAE waters/oil & gas sector a plus.
- Skills:
    - Technical expertise in marine systems (diesel engines, HVAC, DP, hydraulics).
    - Leadership, troubleshooting, English fluency.
    - Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
    - Age: 30–55 years.
