Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and hydro power
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to determine the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout all stages of project development, from concept to commissioning
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their integration into projects
- Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and industry standards
- Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in renewable energy, with a focus on electrical systems and technologies
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and their integration into electrical systems
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as IEEE and IEC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
