min 2 years UAE experience as Mechanic 

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Proven experience as Mechanic
·       Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components
·       Have good knowledge Vehicles, Club car & Quad bikes (preferable), and other technical skills.
·       Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly.
·       Excellent ability to communicate system problems to both co-workers and management for proper understanding.
·       Exhibit good mechanical skills to handle equipment to avoid causing injuries to self and others on ground.
·       Ability to Handle CMMS and manage work orders (preferable).
 
SKILLS / ABILITY
·       To understand and adhere to rules and regulations in departmental operational manuals and employee development.
·       Incumbent must be able to work well as a team member; must be self-driven, reliable, and responsible.
·       Carryout all duties that are necessary in resolving reactionary activities and report the need for further maintenance and safety to supervising staff.
·       Ensure the proper use of various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers etc.) and precision measurement tools (e.g. callipers)
·       Carryout detailed evaluation of workshop equipment to ensure that they are in good condition for proper functioning.
·       Assist less skilled workers in vehicle maintenance and review works performed by them to ensure that they are in good condition.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Inspect vehicles, equipment and run diagnostic tests to identify any issues.
·       Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems
·       Repair faulty equipment units and vehicles and aiming for maximum reliability.
·       Provide consultation on corrective and preventative maintenance procedures.
·       Plan and schedule repairs based on priorities.
·       Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and vehicles to ensure everything is up to standard.
·       Perform general maintenance tasks including masonry, painting, and carpentry.
·       Maintain the inventory records for equipment and materials.

Salary AED 2500-5000 + food + accommodation + transportation + employment visa
