Position: Key Account Manager 
Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Nationality: Preference for Western experience and/or Nationalities including but not limited to Europe, US, Australia, NZ, South America, Eastern Europe

Job requirements 
  • European Training and European Experience
  • Career path Experience in a luxury hotel 5 star and/or fine dining restaurant experience
  • Hospitality and events experience
  • 3 years HOD experience in a 5* F&B Ops, Restaurant or Conference & Events. Proven track record of managing a team at a high level
  • High level of verbal and written English (Level 3)
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Ensures the highest standards are delivered throughout all service streams (All day restaurant, Events, Retail, client reports)
  • To discuss on a regular basis with Departmental Managers product/food specifications, menu changes, product innovation, fashion/trends and apply these in practice.
  • Ensures high standards of contract and client management governance.
  • To promote innovation and present new ideas Quarterly and annually
  • To oversee operation of Departments and discuss general performance.
  • To oversee and continuously look to improve the quality of food, presentation, and service.
  • Regularly reviews team’s training needs, development plans and performance.
  • To oversee the service staffing levels ensuring agreed levels are provided at scheduled times with the range of products and services available.
  • Maintains the privacy and ensures security of all guests.
  • To remain well informed on market and food trends and to ensure that the facilities offered are current and competitive

Salary: AED 22000-25000 + familiy benefits
