Position: Civil Architectural Facilities Engineer 
Job Location: Morocco 
Candidate Location: Morocco 
MUST have min 8-10 years of relevant exp 
Salary AED 17000-20000 (All in) 

Job Responsibilities:

·   Involved with the design, development and maintenance of Civil, structural, interior design systems, and the roads.
·   Prepare equipment specifications for new facilities.
·   Prepare operational procedures.
·   Assist clients with material procurement.
·   Construction management facilities
·   Estimating of material, construction, labour costs, and project timescales.
·   Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), etc.
·   Provide technical expertise on various engineering requirement Work on the development of maintenance procedures and protocols including method      statements, permits to work and appropriate supporting risk assessments.
·   Flexibility and hands on technical completion of planned and reactive maintenance
·   Responsible for the supervision for the repairs and other works
·   Coordinate with external parties regarding Facilities Services
·   Maintaining accurate work order and maintenance records
·   Assists in training staff.
    Perform other works as directed by the client

Job Requirement: 

·   Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering
·   Minimum 10 years’ of Facilities or Project Management supervisory experience
·   Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
·   Proficient in English and Arabic language both written and oral. Able to communicate in French (preferable) with other parties.
·   Designer in civil / architectural / interior design concept, schematic, detailed design, and value engineering Knowledgeable in CAD, Photoshop, etc.
