Job Overview: 
Our client, a leading renewable energy company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar PV Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities:

- Design and engineer solar PV systems according to client specifications and local regulations
- Conduct site surveys and assess the feasibility of solar PV installations
- Create detailed project proposals and cost estimates
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems
- Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of existing solar PV systems
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in solar PV technology
- Provide technical support and training to clients and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all projects
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management

Qualifications and requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and installing solar PV systems
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards for solar PV installations
- Strong understanding of solar PV technology and components
- Proficient in using design and simulation software for solar PV systems
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
