Our client, a leading solar power company in Dubai, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on renewable energy and solar power. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote solar power products and services
- Identify and target potential clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content
- Coordinate and attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales techniques and processes
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, including tracking leads, conversions, and ROI
- Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in solar power technology and industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or solar power industry
- Strong knowledge of solar power technology and industry trends
- Proven track record of successful sales and marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for business purposes
