Job Responsibilities 

• Budget Management: Estimating and managing project costs, ensuring that projects stay within budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Resource Allocation: Ensuring that the required resources (materials, equipment, labor) are available for project execution.
• Client Interaction: engaging with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Leading Execution: Overseeing the execution of maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet all technical specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring project quality and performance to meet project requirements, ensuring that work is completed to industry standards.
• Team Training: Providing training and support to maintenance teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Job Requirement: 

·       Strong project management and organizational skills.
·       Technical knowledge of maintenance engineering principles and practices (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.).
·       Proficiency in project management software and tools.
·       Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
·       Excellent communication and leadership skills.
·       Knowledge of regulatory standards, health and safety practices, and environmental regulations.
·       Experience with budget management and cost control.
        Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Minimum 6 years’ experience in related domain / UAE experience preferred  Electrical Engineer

Salary: AED 7000/- Visa+ Insurance+ Air ticket once in 2 years
