Our client, a leading international travel agency, is seeking experienced Visa Officers to join their team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. As a Visa Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely visa processing services to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Process visa applications for various countries, including but not limited to Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
- Review and verify all supporting documents and information provided by clients
- Communicate with embassies and consulates to obtain necessary information and updates on visa applications
- Keep up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and requirements for different countries
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients on the status of their visa applications
- Handle any issues or concerns related to visa applications, including rejections or delays
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all visa applications and related correspondence
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient visa processing services
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the visa processing process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's attested degree 
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Visa Officer (processing UAE tourist visa)
- Knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visa processing software
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
