Position: Purchase Clerk

Responsibilities:
  • Issue PO based on forecast, maintain detailed records of procurement activities and inventory, tracking of PO status and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate directly to suppliers and monitor their performance on quality, delivery timelines, compliance and escalating any issues if needed
  • Ensure all orders comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, including product registration , labelling, packaging
  • Ensure all procurement actions are recorded and supported by complete documentation in line with accounts departments.
  • Coordinating with forwarders for shipment planning and booking
  • Operational aspects of procurement, including purchase orders, tracking shipments, ensure that goods order are compliant with Dubai Municipality and managing vendor relationships. 
 Job req: 
  • Min 2 years of relevant exp req 
  • Organizational skills

  • communication skills
  • proficiency with procurement procedures and knowledge with Dubai Municipality and Dubai Customs requirements.  
 
 
Salary: AED 5k – 6k  + Accommodation + trans + benefits as per UAE law
