Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Property Consultant to provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, sales, and rentals in Dubai Island projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
    - Provide expert advice and guidance on property investments, sales, and rentals.
2. Market Knowledge:
    - Stay up-to-date with market trends, developments, and regulatory changes in Dubai's real estate market.
    - Utilize market knowledge to provide clients with informed advice and recommendations.
3. Property Sales and Rentals:
    - Identify and present suitable properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
    - Negotiate sales and rental agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
4. Sales and Marketing:
    - Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
    - Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, to promote properties and services.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree 
    - RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) certification is an advantage.
2. Experience:
    - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property consultancy, preferably in Dubai Island projects.
    - Proven track record of success in property sales and rentals.
3. Skills:
    - Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary AED 6000-8000 + commission + standard benefits as per UAE law
