Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) and B2B sales teams in the FMCG Edible Oil & Fats and Ice Cream & Frozen Foods industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the HORECA and B2B segments.
    - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
2. Team Management:
    - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
    - Set sales targets and performance metrics for team members, and monitor progress against these targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
    - Develop new business relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts and agreements as necessary.
4. Product Knowledge and Training:
    - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including Edible Oil & Fats and Ice Cream & Frozen Foods.
    - Provide training and support to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    - Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    - Provide regular sales reports to the Commercial Director, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
 
Requirements:
1. Education:
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience:
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG – HORECA & B2B
    - Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of HORECA and B2B sales.
3. Skills:
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
