Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client's team, focusing on promoting and selling our high-quality paper cups to customers across various industries, including food service, hospitality, and retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, researching and targeting potential customers, and converting leads into sales.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, features, and benefits, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers.
5. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely sales records, reports, and forecasts, providing regular updates to management.
7. Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events, promoting our products and building relationships with potential customers.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar industry (paper products, packaging, or food service).
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Skills:
