Job Responsibilities: 

•  Managing and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Ensuring that maintenance activities are planned, executed, and documented properly.
•  Supervising the diagnosis and resolution of any equipment, machinery, or system failures.
• Ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Managing relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and vendors for specialized services or parts

Job requirements: 
•    strong leadership and team management skills.
•    Technical knowledge in multiple maintenance disciplines (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.).
•    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•    Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
•    Strong communication and organizational skills.
•    Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
•    Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in related domain / UAE experience preferred

Salary : AED 4000/- + Accommodation + Transportation+ Visa+ Insurance+ Air ticket once in 2 years​​​​​​​
