Position: HR Advisor 
Job location: Abu Dhabi 
Candidate Location: UAE (preferred Abu Dhabi)

Job Responsibilties: 

·       Review employee probation forms and provide objective feedback and recommendation. Evaluate extension of probation period of employee.
·       Assist in formulating and updating HR Policies/ Procedures
·       Responsible for disciplinary process, investigate and resolve disciplinary cases in accordance with Company disciplinary policy.  Provide guidance and recommendation to HR and concerned department.
·       Investigate and respond to employee enquiries and grievances. Ensure that grievances are handled in accordance to established grievance policies and procedures
·       Build strong working relationships, through regular communications, with senior business leaders to understand and meet on-going business requirements.
·        Build strong working relationships with MOHRE and external HR Service providers.
·       Generate and compile MIS reports on, probations, separations, compliance reports and employee relations
·       Conduct Exit interviews.
·       Coordinate with Performance Management Teams for the tabulation of Performance appraisal results and linkage to reward schemes. 
·       Support the business in promoting employee engagement activities
·       Assist and guide employees on career development, utilizing appropriate tools for talent assessment and associated development needs identifications
·       Contribute to performing salary strategies in line with overall organization objectives to attract, retain and motivate employees. Keep abreast with the marketplace by researching, developing and introducing cost effective programs.
·       Aid in analysing Company’s overall compensation competitiveness and initiate processes for responsive plans to trends in the labour market. 
·       Assist in salary reviews, compensation surveys and benchmarking exercises.
·       Actively participate in developing job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay.
·       Issue various letters and certificates to employees, i.e. Employment Certificates, Salary certificates etc.
 
Salary: AED 6000-8000 (all in) + Benefits
