Position OverviewAs a Hotel Representative for our tourism company, you will be the face of our brand at partner hotels in the UAE. Your primary role is to ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, assist with inquiries, and provide support for excursions, transfers, and other services.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Welcome: Meet and greet clients upon check-in at partner hotels, ensuring a warm and professional introduction.
- Information Provider: Offer detailed information about the destination, available tours, and excursions.
- Booking Assistance: Help guests book tours, activities, and transportation services.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any complaints or concerns promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
Liaison Duties:- Act as a link between the hotel, operations team, and guests.
- Ensure all services are provided as per the itinerary.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with guests during their stay to ensure their experience meets expectations.
- Documentation: Manage tour vouchers, payment receipts, and any related paperwork accurately.
- Promotion: Upsell and cross-sell additional tours, packages, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Reporting: Provide daily and weekly feedback on guest interactions, sales, and any operational issues.
Skills and Competencies- Exceptional Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) are a significant advantage.
- Customer-Focused: Friendly, approachable, and capable of building rapport with diverse guests.
- Sales Ability: Skilled at promoting and upselling services effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest issues with tact and efficiency.
- Organization: Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Cultural Awareness: Knowledge of UAE culture and customs to provide relevant advice to guests.
Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in customer service, hospitality, or tourism, ideally in a hotel or travel-related environment.
- Familiarity with UAE tourism destinations is a plus.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in using email, booking software, and CRM systems.
