Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CIS for skincare, cosmetics, perfumes, and makeup products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share .
Sales Management:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set for the CIS market.
Develop and manage pricing strategies tailored to the CIS market.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategies effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
Foster long-term partnerships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Regularly meet with clients to discuss business needs, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
Market Analysis & Insights:
Conduct detailed market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends in the CIS market.
Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning, packaging, and marketing strategies suitable for the CIS audience.
Export Operations:
Ensure compliance with export regulations and certifications required for the CIS market.
Oversee the preparation and timely submission of export documentation.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams, including production, marketing, and supply chain, to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
Provide regular sales performance updates, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in export sales, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, perfumes, or makeup industries, with a focus on the CIS .
Skills:
Strong understanding of the FMCG export market, especially within the CIS .
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
Ability to analyze market data and provide actionable insights.

Salary Range - AED8000 + Commissions
