We are looking for a project engineer for one of our clients based out of Dubai 
Job location: Dubai 
Candidate location: UAE 
MUST have min 5-6 years of exp with Hospitality / Hotel fitout projects

• Ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and suppliers, to achieve project goals.
• Act as the Client’s technical advisor, reviewing designs, resolving engineering issues, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
•  Monitor and control project progress, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards while adhering to timelines.
• Proactively identify and manage risks to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, acting as a liaison between the Client and the project team.
• Evaluate technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure they align with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
• Address Client concerns and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and final handover processes to ensure Client satisfaction.
• Review contractor invoices, variations, and change orders to ensure they align with agreed terms.
• Manage and monitor all type of CAPEX projects for all our owner Assets This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
 • Proven experience (5- 8 years) in Hospitality projects, interior fitouts, refurbishments /renovations and preferably on the Client side.
• UAE driving license + car is must.
