Job overview: We are looking for production manager for one of our our paper cups, kraft and bowl manufacturing division , We are committed to producing high-quality, eco-friendly products for a wide range of industries. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production cum operation Manager to oversee and enhance the manufacturing operations of our Paper division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
• Oversee daily operations in the production of paper cups, kraft, and bowls, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., R&D, Quality Control, Logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular training for team members on safety, machine operation, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues, including equipment malfunctions and process inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Report production performance to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the paper products industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for paper cups, kraft, and bowls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• Proficient in using production management software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
