Job Purpose:
The job holder is responsible for effectively managing employee relations, drafting HR policies, addressing queries, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, providing analysis, and coordinating smooth employee exits. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a harmonious workplace and supporting HR operation.

Core Responsibilities:
▪ Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary investigations and grievances, in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner.
▪ Ensure fair and consistent resolution of employee issues, promoting a positive work environment.
▪ Draft HR policies and updates as required, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and adhere to industry standards.
▪ Process and respond to employees' queries in a timely and informative manner, providing guidance and solutions.
▪ Stay informed about changes in labour legislation and ensure the company's HR practices remain compliant.
▪ Implement necessary adjustments to policies and procedures to align with legal requirements.
▪ Assist in compiling and completing HR monthly reports, providing insights into key HR metrics and trends.
▪ Conduct analysis on various employee-related topics to support data-driven decision-making.
▪ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth exit process for employees leaving the company.
▪ Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork, clearances, and other exit-related tasks.
▪ Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner and HOD/GM to assist in the annual manpower planning process.
▪ Ensure accurate capture of employee data (current and proposed) based on discussions and meetings. Deliverables/Self-Management Responsibilities:
▪ Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Line Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the year.
▪ Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Line Manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
▪ Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.

Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
