Training Officer - F&B


Position: Training Officer - Hospitality  
Job Location: Dubai 
Candidate MUST be in UAE 
Job type: Full time (6 days/ week)
Industry: F&B 
Experience: 3 Years (At least 1 Year within the U.A.E)
Driving License: Preferable

Job Responsibilities 
  • Induct and lead all Demi Chef De Partie/Kitchen-in-Charge/Commis 1 in order to ensure that they are receiving adequate support, training and resources to operate their branch at optimum level.
  • Responsible for training the staff in the entire operations in all branches as advised by the respective HODs.
  • To provide necessary training for BOH staff to improve the quality and hygiene of the food cycle from preparation through to delivery.
  • To provide necessary training for FOH staff to improve the customer experience aligned with company Sequence of Service.
  • Motivate and lead employees to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to policies and procedures.
  • Standardize operations across all branches.
  • Create and maintain a skills grid for each restaurant employee.
  • Carry out the periodical audit of all kitchens ensuring improvements required are acted on
  • To train new kitchen helpers, cashiers and baristas and provide ongoing training as advised by the F&B Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager.
Job Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/ Equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (At least 1 year within the U.A.E)
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office
  • U.A.E Driving license is advantageous, not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in English
