Position: Training Officer - Hospitality Job Location: Dubai
Candidate MUST be in UAE

Job Responsibilities - Induct and lead all Demi Chef De Partie/Kitchen-in-Charge/Commis 1 in order to ensure that they are receiving adequate support, training and resources to operate their branch at optimum level.
- Responsible for training the staff in the entire operations in all branches as advised by the respective HODs.
- To provide necessary training for BOH staff to improve the quality and hygiene of the food cycle from preparation through to delivery.
- To provide necessary training for FOH staff to improve the customer experience aligned with company Sequence of Service.
- Motivate and lead employees to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to policies and procedures.
- Standardize operations across all branches.
- Create and maintain a skills grid for each restaurant employee.
- Carry out the periodical audit of all kitchens ensuring improvements required are acted on
- To train new kitchen helpers, cashiers and baristas and provide ongoing training as advised by the F&B Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager.
Job Requirements :- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/ Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (At least 1 year within the U.A.E)
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- U.A.E Driving license is advantageous, not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills in English
