Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and build new distribution and acquisition channels that the current team does not operate in. Whether that is co-working spaces, university campuses, tuition centres, residential communities, college canteens or corporate cafeterias — your job is to find the channel, prove it works and scale it.
  • Plan and execute brand activations at high-footfall community venues. This includes pop-ups, tasting events, long-table community dinners, fitness meetups and partnership-led experiences that put Delicut in front of the right audience in person.
  • Build and maintain a strong local network across Dubai’s business, fitness, wellness and residential communities. Dubai is a network-driven market — your existing connections and your ability to build new ones are the primary tools of this role.
  • Forge ground-level partnerships with gym operators, co-working space managers, hostel community leads, event organisers and local community groups to create recurring brand touchpoints and referral pipelines

Job Requirements: 
  • 2–5 years of experience in on-ground sales, field marketing, business development or community activation roles — ideally within Dubai or the broader UAE market
  • A proven local network in Dubai across relevant communities: fitness, corporate, residential, student or wellness
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify a sales channel, develop it and generate measurable revenue from it
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills — comfortable initiating conversations, building rapport and following through
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s offline landscape: venues, community hubs, events ecosystem and local business culture
