Job Overview
To support the development, analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, technical documentation, and technological solutions within the organization. To act as a technical link between various departments including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring effective coordination and support for process development, product activities, innovation projects, and technical compliance requirements. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Support process development and technology transfer activities.
• Assist in manufacturing process implementation and monitoring.
• Support production and operational activities during process cycles.
• Participate in prototype, pilot, and process improvement activities
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process records, reports, technical files, and procedures.
• Support compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, NEMA, and IEC standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations.
• Support FMEA and process risk assessment activities.
• Analyze process issues and contribute to corrective actions.
• Support laboratory testing, analysis, and technical reporting.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary technical meetings and projects.
• Support communication of technical information across departments.
• Assist operators and technical teams during operational activities.

Job Requirements: 

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
• CAD & Technical Systems Knowledge (added advantage) 
• Strong foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes
• technical tools proficiency, analytical and problem-solving ability
