Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to handle procurement activities for our FMCG export business. The role involves sourcing products and managing supplier relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting timely export operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement of FMCG products
- Identify and develop reliable local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with export, logistics, sales, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, export regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, supplier agreements, and export-related documentation.
- Track supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG export or trading companies.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG sourcing and packaging materials.
- Familiarity with export documentation and international trade practices.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Zoho and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Experience handling international suppliers.(preferred)
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and logistics coordination (preferred)
- Exposure to food, personal care, or household FMCG products. (preferred)
Salary: AED 8,000- 10,000 per month + standard benefits as per UAE law
