Job Overview:
Our client, a leading company in the technology industry, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join their team in Dubai. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex technical requirements and translating them into business solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to determine the best approach for implementing new systems or enhancements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Create user stories, use cases, and other documentation to clearly define project scope and requirements
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and meet business requirements
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the implementation phase
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues, and propose solutions to mitigate them
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the technology industry and market trends in the United Arab Emirates is a plus
