• Proven experience in talent acquisition or #recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas or EPC industry.
• We are looking for a Talent acquisition specialist for one of our EPC client based out of Abu Dhabi
• Identify and attract top talent for various roles within the oil and gas #EPC company.
• Manage candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's talent needs.
