Position: Senior Engineer /Engineer - Design MEP

Job Responsibilities 

- Design and Engineering: Develop and review detailed electrical designs for high-voltage substations, including single-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Substation Design: Design and specify substation equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, and control panels.
- Project Management: Plan, direct, and manage full scope of electrical design and supply scope packages to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and specification adherence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Civil, Structural, and Protection Engineers during multi-disciplinary design efforts.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure designs meet local standards, regulations, and client requirements, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and designers, and lead technical reviews to resolve site issues.

Requirements:-

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in substation design and MEP engineering, with a focus on high-voltage electrical systems (11kV to 400kV).

- Skills:
    - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, CDEGS, ETAP, and DIgSILENT.
    - Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, substation equipment, and protection systems.
    - Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
    - Certifications: Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration preferred.
