Key Responsibilities:
 
·       Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans
·       Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on forecast assumptions and inventory needs
·       Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability across all distribution channels
·       Analyze sales performance and adjust forecasts and plans accordingly to minimize overstock and stockouts
·       Assist in seasonal planning and product life cycle management
·       Manage and track Open to Buy (OTB) budgets, ensuring purchasing aligns with sales targets and inventory strategy
·       Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making
·       Support S&OP processes and drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy
 
Requirements:
 
·       Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
·       5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the retail or distribution sector
·       Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with forecasting tools is a plus
·       Familiarity with Open to Buy planning and retail inventory metrics
·       Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Salary AED 12000-15000 (all in) + benefits as per UAE law
