The role purpose is to visualize and sketch design plans as per client goals, source products and materials, determine costs and inspect construction to ensure alignment with design specifications is met.

Candidate location: UAE 

Core Responsibilities:

·       Outline client design objectives.
·       Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
·       Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
·       Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
·       Source materials and products included in project.
·       Create 'mood boards' to sample design vision.
·       Utilize computer applications to implement the interior design process.
·       Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
·       Propose furniture, joinery, loose and fixed elements
·       Coordinate with Art Designer, Lighting Designer, Wayfinding designer.
·       Implement approved policies, processes and procedures, to ensure work is completed in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering  exceptional service.
·       Adhere to approved budgets and ensure optimal utilization of all available resources.
·       Share ideas and viewpoints to further streamline processes, thus driving efficiency and improvements across the organization.

Education / Qualifications:

·        Bachelor of Architecture from relevant University
Or
·       Bachelor of Design/ Interior Design from relevant University

 Experience :

•  8 –12 years’ experience in UAE in engineering consultancy company in senior Interior Designer and he should have handled residential building projects. 
•  Various style, design and size projects experience
• Full project development/involvement experience (pre-concept, concept, schematic, detailed, IFT, IFC packages)
• Coordination and understanding of relevant parts from SMEP
• Technical experience

Software:   Autocad, Revit,  Adobe (Indesign, Photoshop, Ilustrator), Sketchup (advanced), 3d studio (basic), Microsoft Office

Salary Range: AED 12,000/- to 18,000/- + Family Insurance + Family Air Ticket (W+3 Child below 18 years)
