Job Title: Site Engineer - Fitout
Reports to: Project Manager/Site Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Candidate Location: UAE 
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Oversee fit-out projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- MEP and Joinery: Manage installation of MEP systems and joinery works, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Multiple Site Management: Coordinate and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in fit-out projects, with expertise in MEP and joinery works.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
