Job Title: Project Manager - Glass/Metal Industry
Reports to: Operations Manager/Director

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables for glass and metal projects.
- Team Management: Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues that may arise.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and criteria.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates on project status.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of project management experience in the glass/metal industry or similar sector.
- Skills:
    - Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
    - Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
    - Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    - Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the glass/metal industry or similar sectors.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous.
