Job Respnsibilities: - Ensure that all Sales orders are processed timely and accurately and all necessary documentation and contractual terms are fulfilled
- To log the order based on the items provided by order development team and highlight any variances to the Assistant Manager for reconciliation.
- Create outbound delivery transactions in SAP in line with the sales order and create a record of deliveries to customers • To ensure that all order characteristics in SAP-SD module are entered correctly.
- Fulfill the outbound delivery document in liaison with Manufacturing, Technical, Logistics and Planning sections in both Supply Chain and Operations
- Post the Goods issue transaction for the shipment/delivery completedImplement all section policies, processes and procedures
- Implement the section budgets and work plans
- Participate in initiatives for innovation and Continuous Improvement in pursuit of greater productivity
- Create invoices for all deliveries made to the customer in line with the terms of the contract
- Provide Finance with relevant information for invoicing to enable the cash management of all invoices raised
- Coordinate between Sales and Order Execution teams to ensure seamless processes and communication
Job Requirements: - Relevant Diploma with training on the SAP-SD module
- Training in Sales processes, order execution and administration
- Sales administration skills, excellent communication, Ms office and Good Knowledge of Excel.
- Systematic approach, transparency, integrity, professionalism, caring & supportive style, passion for excellence, change management orientation
- 1-2 years of Sales Administration in a computerized environment preferably working on the SAP-SD module
