Job Summary:
Our Client who is a Leading Retail Displays Trading in GCC , is seeking a proactive, driven and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to promote and sell range of retail/advertisement equipment solutions and to lead and grow strategic partnerships with FMCG companies advertising equipment dealers and retail display manufacturers across the UAE. The KAM will be responsible for selling instore merchandising equipment solutions (POS displays, promotional stands, trolleys, baskets, and their components),
Key Requirements:
• Based in UAE: Dubai, maybe Sharjah, less preferable Ajman or ready for relocation.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken) is essential preferable Malayalam
• Knowledge of GCC dynamics, business culture, and procurement practices
• Valid UAE driving license
• Highly preferable – own car to be used for corporate needs (will be compensated)
• Solid understanding of retail environments, shopper marketing, and POS materials.
• Proven track record of managing B2B relationships and delivering on sales targets.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail equipment, store fixtures, shopfitting, POSM or related industries
• Preferably Experience selling to global or regional trade marketing teams of FMCG giants
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Project management mindset – able to coordinate across teams and manage client expectations.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
