Job overview: 
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented  Female Housekeeper to join our client's hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. You will play a critical role in providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of the property 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain guest rooms:
    - Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
    - Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
    - Restock mini-bars and replenish supplies.
2. Public areas and back-of-house:
    - Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and stairwells.
    - Clean and sanitize back-of-house areas, including laundry rooms, storage areas, and staff rooms.
3. Laundry and linen management:
    - Operate laundry equipment and manage linen supplies.
    - Fold, iron, and distribute clean linens to guest rooms and public areas.
4. Guest requests and complaints:
    - Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance team.
5. Teamwork and communication:
    - Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
    - Communicate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
6. Safety and security:
    - Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including reporting any hazards or incidents.
    - Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest information and property.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Skills:
    - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
    - Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
    - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Should be ready to out station travle if reqired
5-  Age Criteria - 28-38 years
