Respond to customer inquiries via email/phone
Resolve customer issues and concerns
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Provide product info and recommendations
Monitor customer feedback and improve service

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, preferably ecommerce
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms a plus
