Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-Contract Management: Develop and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. This includes drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and conducting risk assessments.
- Post-Contract Management: Oversee contract execution, track amendments, and ensure obligations are met. This involves managing relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, as well as resolving disputes and claims.
- Contract Review and Negotiation: Review and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and minimize risks. This includes analyzing contract documents, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with project managers.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with UAE laws, FIDIC contracts, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop strategies to address disputes and claims.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry in Dubai.
- Skills:
    - Strong knowledge of UAE laws and FIDIC contracts
    - Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    - Ability to analyze complex contract documents and identify potential issues
    - Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
