Position OverviewAs a Contract Manager for our tourism company, you will manage and negotiate contracts with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other vendors. Your primary role is to secure the best rates and terms, ensuring profitability and competitiveness in the tourism market. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the UAE travel and tourism industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Negotiation and Management :· Negotiate contracts with hotels, transport companies, tour operators, and other service providers.
· Ensure contracts offer competitive rates, favorable terms, and added-value benefits for the company and its clients.
· Review, analyze, and finalize contract agreements to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Supplier Relationship Management:· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
· Monitor supplier performance and resolve disputes or service issues promptly.
· Maintain an updated database of contracted suppliers and rates.
Market Analysis and Strategy :· Research market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and better supplier agreements.
· Benchmark supplier rates and terms against competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
· Identify new suppliers and services to enhance product offerings.
Coordination and Reporting:· Work closely with the operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure contracts align with business needs.
· Provide regular updates on contract performance and any changes to management.
· Ensure accurate documentation and storage of all contracts.
Compliance and Risk Management:· Ensure all contracts comply with UAE laws and regulations.
· Assess risks in agreements and propose mitigating measures.
· Stay updated on legal and industry changes affecting supplier agreements.

· Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management software and Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Law, or related field.
- Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations governing tourism and supplier contracts.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
