Job Overview 
We are seeking a results-driven Business Developer to grow our client's  holiday home portfolio and revenue. The role focuses on acquiring new property owners, building strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting overall business growth. 

Job Responsibilities: 
Lead Generation & Sales

  • Conduct cold calls to property owners, landlords, and prospects to introduce company services
  • Handle inbound leads from the website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns
  • Respond to and manage inquiries from real estate agents, developers, and strategic partners
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, follow up consistently, and close deals
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with property owners

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective holiday homes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM or tracking systems
  • Track leads, conversions, and overall sales performance metrics

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, real estate agents.
  • Ensure long-term partnerships to drive retention, renewals, and referrals
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings

Marketing & Brand Representation

  • Confidently speak on camera for promotional videos (approximately once per month)

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and pricing within the holiday rental sector
 

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, or hospitality preferably
  • Experience in holiday homes, vacation rentals, or property management is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hunter mentality with proven closing ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to build and manage long-term relationships
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic reporting
