Position: Asset Management Engineer

Job Responsibilities 

• To proactively provide valuable inputs to management at all decision-making stages related to asset life cycle such as asset procurement, deployment, Utilization, Maintenance and Disposal.
• To assist in the development of installation specifications, commissioning plans, acceptance tests, inspection criteria and actual factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
• Perform comprehensive asset performance analysis.
• Evaluate key asset metrics including Asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and Remaining Useful Life (RUL)
• Analyze additional parameters impacting asset operating condition, reliability, and lifecycle cost to support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure high integrity, accuracy, and consistency of asset master data across all systems
• Perform asset master data template validation, cleansing, correction, and upload in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and other applicable systems
• Conduct periodic audits and updates in SAP and related platforms to ensure alignment between system data and actual shop floor asset conditions
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve delays or issues in master data creation, modification, and validation
  Maintain data governance standards to support reliable reporting, maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle management

Job Requirements: 

Education: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering.  
Statistical Analysis, RCM, Lean Manufacturing / TPM, Maintenance management, Data mining and management, & Excellent communication.
4 – 6 years of relevant professional experience as Maintenance / Production / Manufacturing / Asset Management engineer & Good knowledge of ISO 55000 Series of standards
