Job Responsibilities

·   Involved with the design, development, and maintenance of MEP systems, machinery and equipment.
·   Prepare equipment specifications for new facilities.
·   Prepare operational procedures.
·   Assist clients with material procurement.
·   Construction management facilities
·   Estimating of material, construction, labour costs, and project timescales.
·   Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), etc.
·   Provide technical expertise on various engineering requirement.
·   Work on the development of maintenance procedures and protocols including method statements, permits to work and appropriate supporting risk assessments.
·   Flexibility and hands on technical completion of planned and reactive maintenance
·   Responsible for the supervision for the repairs and other works
·   Coordinate with external parties regarding Facilities Services
·   Maintaining accurate work order and maintenance records
·   Assists in training staff.
·   Perform other works as directed by the client

Qualification: 

·   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
·   Minimum 10 years of Facilities or Project Management supervisory experience
·   Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
·   Proficient in English and Arabic language both written and oral. Able to communicate in French (preferable) with other parties.
·   Designer in electrical / mechanical concept, schematic, detailed design, and value engineering
·   Knowledgeable in CAD, Dialux, etc.
